All orders will be shipped freight free
Orders placed on our web site www.viewswim.com.au will ship freight free via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post for standard size items and Star Track Express for bulky items. We ship to all destinations on the Australian mainland including Tasmania, excluding Islands and remote destinations.
We will ship to New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Track & Trace
We use Australia Post for standard size parcels and Star Track Express for bulky items where a signature is required. All orders are shipped via a traceable method. Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Please visit the following websites to track your order:

Delivery Time Frames
Standard delivery time is between 3 - 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your delivery location within Australia. Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased online, you have the option to return the item(s). You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused and in original packaging and condition.
A copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase is required. Please indicate clearly what item(s) are being returned and whether you would like a refund or an exchange of a different size &/or colour.
Please send your package via traceable method to help ensure a safe documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone number is included. Return shipping expense is not refundable.
Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed. Please advice if a refund is requested, to which PayPal or credit card account the refund is to be made. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
No refunds/exchanges will be made until the original product has been returned and received by our warehouse.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or equivalent model only.
